Nachos Recipe With Pulled Pork And Bbq Sauce

Heck yes. Cilantro? Not my jam (it tastes soapy), but it might be yours! I also really like that this dinner is ready quickly since the pulled pork is already made and ready to go. All you've got to do at night is layer and assemble the nachos, bake and then enjoy. And really, what's not to love about that? 1 tablespoon kosher salt 2 teaspoons brown sugar 2 pounds pork shoulder, cut into 2- to 3-inch pieces 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 onion, sliced 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth BBQ Sauce: 3/4.

Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a large rimmed baking sheet or roasting pan. Arrange half of the tortilla chips on the prepared pan. Top chips with half of the pulled pork, half of the cheese, and half of the jalapeños (if using). Repeat layers once more. Bake in the oven until the cheese melts, about 10-15 minutes. Pulled pork nachos are nothing groundbreaking but a couple tweaks like BBQ sauce and some pickled red onions (or pickled garlic scapes if you prefer!) make these nachos unbeatable and addicting. I also love the fresh pop of cilantro, a must have for me on nachos. Especially on carne asada nachos with their Mexican flair.
